THE PURPOSE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, based solely on the relationship they initiate on the internet, with respect to any online sale of Products which are provided on the Site.

They apply to all steps necessary to place an order and to ensure its performance in accordance with the contract between the Parties.

By confirming the order, the Customer acknowledges its review of the current terms and conditions of sale and expressly declares its acceptance in its entirety without any reserve. These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions set out in any other document, the act of purchasing implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale .

The Client acknowledges that he has been fully informed that approval of the content of the present general conditions does not require a handwritten signature of this document.

This confirmation as well as all data that Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture will register will constitute evidence of existing transactions between Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture and the Client.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND AUTHENTICITY

All Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture products listed on the site are in stock; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products purchased online through Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture. Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture products are crafted with the highest quality materials, designs and workmanship.

These products are intended for the user's personal use and are not intended for the user's professional use. Therefore, we will not guarantee the uniqueness of the product for users in any form of use.

HOW TO PURCHASE

The entire purchasing process is detailed at the end of this document (Appendix A).

Customers can adjust the requirements on the order within no more than 3 days and an unlimited number of times. After this time, we will send a final confirmation email to the customer and it corresponds to the acceptance of the express offer and to start processing this order. Therefore, if after 72 hours, requests arising after this time from the customer will not be updated in the request ticket of their order processing process.

Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture will confirm acceptance of the order to the Customer by e-mail to the address notified by the Customer.

The information provided by the Customer at the time of receiving the order will only bind her: in case of errors in the expression of the recipient's address and telephone number, Anna Hanh Le Ao Dai Couture will not be liable any liability relating to failure to deliver the products. Therefore, for your convenience, before delivery, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery address, and once we receive your email confirmation, we will begin shipping the your goods at the last confirmed address via your email.

PRICING

For orders paid in Vietnam, you will just need to click on the Vietnamese language on the right corner of the screen to display price information in VND including shipping costs.

To not depend on the exchange rate from USD to VND at different times of purchase. We will have the right to list a rounded exchange rate that may differ from the market exchange rate of USD to VND at the time of your purchase, and this is considered the legal selling price in the products are in VND denomination.

PAYMENT

Ao Dai Couture by Anna Hanh Le accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases:

    • Emerican Express
    • Visa
    • MasterCard

For added security, your billing address at AnnaHanhle.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. The processing of your order may be delayed if these addresses are different.

Ao Dai Couture reserves the right to refuse any order placed online or to cancel any order by a Client with whom a dispute related to the payment of a prior order is pending.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email within 24 hours of the order submission to orders@annahanhle.com or else your order will be final and cannot be cancelled anymore.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products purchased from Tony Ward Couture online arrive packaged in a secure box.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package. Ao Dai Couture cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items damaged during transportation or theft. If you wish to insure your parcel at your own expense, please contact us directly to arrange this for you.

If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately within 48h after receiving the product by sending an email to: order@annahanhle.com or else the order will be considered accepted.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because the AnnaHanhLe garments are exclusively made for our clients, all items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged. A dedicated consultant will be personally coordinating with the client during the preparation of the order, guiding the client to choose the right size, answering all her questions, sending images of the order once ready, giving alterations advices if needed once the garment is received by the client… to avoid any misunderstanding and ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the client.

For any claim, please contact us at orders@annahanhle.com within 48h after receiving the product.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES You can review the most current version of the terms and conditions of sales at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
GOVERNING LAW - JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions of sales and the contractual relationship between Ao Dai Couture and the client are governed by the Vietnam law.

In case of difficulties in the application of the present agreement, the parties agree upon the possibility, before any legal recourse, to seek an amicable solution of the dispute settlement that may arise during the execution of the present agreement.

APPENDIX A

The Client is guided step by step during the Check-Out Process in both cases. As part of this process, the Client is required to fill in a certain amount of personal information necessary to complete the order.

(1) For any purchase carried out through the Wish List, the Customer will go through the following procedure:

    • Browse through our collections (Ready-to-Wear, Couture, Wedding & Bridal)
    • Select the desired Item(s)
    • Add to Wish List
    • Login or Create a New Account on annahanhle.com, if not already signed in
    • Navigate to the Wish List page & Submit Wish List
    • Complete the "Wish List Form”
    • The Customer will then be contacted by our Sales Consultant through his/her preferred method (Phone or Email)
    • The Customer and Sales Consultant will discuss and finalize order details
    • Fill in the required Measurement fields on the website
    • Proceed to Payment

(2) For any purchase carried out through the Shopping Bag, the Customer will go through the following procedure:

    • Browse through the "RTW – Shop Online” or "Accessories” pages
    • Select the desired Item(s) & appropriate Size
    • Add to Shopping Bag
    • Verify the selected size and insert additional instructions if needed
    • Proceed to Checkout
    • Login or Create a New Account on annahanhle.com
    • Fill in Shipping & Billing Information
    • Read & Accept the Terms and Conditions
    • Review Order Summary
    • Place Order and Proceed to Payment

The customer may check his contact and shipping details as well as his Item Selection, the size selected, the Unit Price, the Total Price of the Order and modify his/her information if necessary before placing the order and proceeding to payment.

The validation of the order is carried out by the Customer through successful payment of the Total Price. It constitutes a firm and definitive commitment.

After validation of the order, the Customer receives an order summary to the email address he provided during the ordering process. This email must be kept by the Customer. The Customer will also receive a copy of the invoice in the package.
